COMMENTS.
CHRIS has the ability to cope

instructions in order to set up
apparatus,
he can record his work neatly.

CHRIS has studied all three
attainment targets and has had
some success at the lower levels
in his tests.
Much more careful learning of
the tests is needed for the higher
levels.

ATTITUDE.
CHRIS attitude often leaves
a lot to be desired.
He is often out of his seat,
borrowing pens, pencils, etc, from
others, or deliberately interfering
with their work.
Under the closest supervision he
can produce good work, but he
cannot be given the individual
attention which his behaviour demands
all the time.

work to show his skills at
designing.
He relies on other’s around him to

result at his structures and
metals test 111/2/18 which shows his
good level of understanding, he
has not put this into practice in
his project.

MAKING.
CHRIS has been difficult to control
during his making aspect due to
his constant tampering with
machinery and tool's
it is a shame, he is a capable
student who could thoroughly
enjoy the subject and produce a
good standard of work.

HOBBIES.
My hobbies are football because
it is good.

Sports.
My favourite sport is football
because it's a game everyone
can play.

Subjects.
My favourite subject is maths,
because you need to learn for
when you are older.

Friends.
I have met loads of friends.
You need your friends.

FORM TUTORS COMMENTS
This is a very disappointing report.
he has demonstrated that he has
the ability to make better achievement,
but his level of concentration and
effort is deteriorating and he
is not making the most of his
Potential.
Most teachers have complained
to me about his immature and
sometimes disruptive behaviour.
All round improvement is essential.

G.Vickerson.

RELIGOUS STUDIES.
ACHIEVEMENT.
Chris has shown a need
to improve his
work to bring it up
to an acceptable
standard.

COMMENTS.
Chris needs to be much more organised in both his
attitude and approach to his work.
I think that he is able to do the work, but the two
pieces of work which were handed in have both scored
low marks.
During the rest of the time he has either lost books
or not handed in work.
During lessons there have been a few occasions when
Chris has produced reasonable work, but more often
he is un-co-operative and refuses to do any work.
He disrupts the work of others and on many occasions
has to be moved.

REPORT ON ATTAINMENT IN SCIENCE. February 1994.
PRACTICAL SKILLS

LIFE & LIVING PROCESSES

MATERIALS & THEIR PROPERTIES.
Level 2/3 (Chemistry)
Chris has found the test very difficult and has struggled
with the understanding.
In class he needs a lot of help but does try once he has
settled down.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES.

EARTH SCIENCE.
Absent for test. Chris worked hard to improve his standard,
occasionally silly behaviour prevented good pieces of work
being produced.
Chris usually did his work.

ATTITUDE.
He needs to come prepared to lessons with writing equipment, and also needs to do homework more often.
He needs to concentrate. Chris has the ability to produce
very good pieces of work but he must be more organised.

N.Sultana
TECHNOLOGY.
DESIGNING.
Chris has produced very little drawing

He relies on others around him to

He has however produced a good

his constant tampering with machinery and tools.
It is a shame, he his a capable student who

good standard of work. Technology Teacher.

FORM TUTORS COMMENTS.
This is a disappointing and
unsatisfactory report. I had hoped
to see an improvement,
in his level of attainment but his
standard work appears to be
deteriorating because of his
un co-operative and often disruptive
behaviour. This is a pity because i
know CHRIS can be polite, friendly
and hard working and has potentialto do well.
However, education is a two way
process and CHRIS will have to adjust
his behaviour if he is to succeed.

ATTENDANCE- 203/272
PUNTUALITY- 0 lates
UNAUTHORISED ABSENCES - 10 to 4/3/1994.

HEAD OF YEAR.
CHRIS is not without ability.
He must seek attention for good work
and positive behaviour and not by
disrupting other pupils.
He needs a new start and there is
no time like the present.

HEAD TEACHER.
Some good advice here which i
hope CHRIS will take. A.Soles.
